Part 1:
Chapter 1: The DoDs speak
Granite swished her tail back and forth, staring at Jade mountain academy in the makings. She recognized the five dragons who were bringing materials, plants and scrolls to keep in the library.
Whoosh
She looked to her left and found two odd looking dragonets dusting their claws which were now covered with glinting white powder. The two dragons were odd looking indeed. The first one was pink and yellow all over, and his horns and scales had a shine to it that only gems would have, and his tail had a flat surface at the end which looked like a mini surfboard placed horizontally.

She stretched her wings wide so her pastel underwings shimmered like snakes slithering in the rainforest. Her tail coiled into a small circle as she folded her wings back.
“Took you long enough” Granite smiled at the two dragons. she flicked her tail so the grey and silver diamond shaped scales moved, reflecting sunlight off them.

“Sure, Topaz” Granite said, swishing her tail and placing her’s on his. The second new arrival smirked for a moment, then looked at Granite.
“It’s going to be very fun to interview these dragons” the dragon said.
“Yea, Anaconda I wonder how it was before Pyrrhia found out about our tribes” Granite replied “Going back in time is cool,”
Another whoosh, and three new dragons appeared onto Granite’s left. The dragon who was beside Granite spread four of her wings open and shook them. Her wings looked transparent with a hint of pastel blue, but the veins were outlined with midnight black. The one next to this dragon was a brown-green-yellow
